123 Farm is a historic organic farm located within Highland Springs Ranch in Cherry Valley, California. We cultivate 120 acres of vegetables, herbs, grass-fed meats, and eggs using regenerative farming practices. Our farm supplies fresh, organic ingredients to our on-site restaurant, event venues, and festival activities, emphasizing local and sustainable sourcing. We also produce and distill lavender essential oils, press olive oil from century-old groves, and craft herbal teas. Our operations support eco-conscious food production, promote environmental education, and enhance community health through organic and regenerative agriculture. We host festivals, farm tours, and community events that celebrate natural health, local food, and environmental stewardship.
