Headquartered in Nisku, Alberta, with a U.S. facility in Albuquerque, New Mexico, the company operates two state-of-the-art, fully automated plants totaling 180k sq. ft. Aliya’s flagship brand, Chef Bombay, offers a range of Indian-inspired frozen entrees and appetizers, including samosas, naanpanadas, and curries. All products are made with natural ingredients, free from additives, artificial colors, and trans fats, with all meat being 100% halal. The company holds SQF, HACCP, CFIA, and USDA certifications, ensuring the highest standards in food safety and quality.
