Alturas Ranches is a family-owned farm and ranch operation based in Northern California, surrounded by protected wildlife habitat. We grow alfalfa, wild rice, and wheat on 55,000 acres, with certified organic practices and a pellet milling facility. Our operations include hay production, wild rice cultivation, and cattle grazing, supporting sustainable land stewardship and diversified crop and livestock systems. We supply organic hay, wild rice, and pellets to agricultural and feed industry partners across regional and national markets.
