AmByth Estate is a biodynamic vineyard, farm, and winery located in Templeton, California, specializing in natural wines crafted with organic and biodynamic practices. We produce Demeter certified wines using native yeasts, foot stomping, and aging without added sulfites in clay vessels, terra cotta amphorae, and barrels. Our 42 certified acres are farmed with regenerative dry and biodynamic methods to express the true character of our land and grapes. We focus on sustainable, chemical-free winemaking that emphasizes purity, terroir, and a deep connection to the land. Our operations include vineyard cultivation, winemaking, and bottling, serving distributors, retailers, and natural wine enthusiasts seeking authentic, health-conscious products.
