We operate on a one-acre, no-till system that preserves soil health and promotes biodiversity by minimizing soil disturbance and relying on earthworms and micro-organisms. Our farm is built from the ground up with sustainable practices, including building infrastructure, drilling a well, and converting old hayfields into productive land.
