Beat Farm is a diversified organic farm located in Knox, Maine, producing high-quality vegetables and cut flowers through sustainable practices. We focus on soil health by transitioning to permanent beds, utilizing draft horses for field management, and maintaining a resilient agro-ecosystem that includes native pollinators and microorganisms. Our farm spans 94 acres with six tillable acres, including low-no-till beds and high tunnels for season extension. We are committed to transparency and safety, actively monitoring for PFAS contamination and adapting our crop plans accordingly. Our operations support local markets, CSA programs, and wholesale partners seeking organic, sustainably grown produce and flowers that nourish communities and promote environmental health.
