Bird Dog Farm & Cider is a family-run cidery based in Greenland, New Hampshire, specializing in organic dry ciders crafted from high-quality apples. We operate a historic farm with a 1950s dairy barn that houses our cider production and tasting room. Our orchard, planted in 2022, features 2,500 high-density, trellised apple trees including traditional cider varieties like Kingston Black and Yarlington Mill. We use traditional methods and prioritize sustainability to produce authentic, high-quality ciders for distribution across 40 states. Our focus is on quality, heritage, and organic farming practices that support local agriculture and offer a premium product for wholesale and retail partners seeking authentic New England cider.
