We produce award-winning whiskey and spirits from high-quality organic grains sourced from Midwest farmers, using traditional methods and natural mineral‑balanced water from the Sankoty Aquifer. Our operations include contract distilling, fermentation, bottling, and private label production, supporting brands seeking authentic, locally rooted products. We operate within a historic warehouse setting and offer tours, tastings, and exclusive private barrel programs to connect consumers with Peoria’s distilling heritage and sustainable practices.
