Operating a production facility in Freeland, Pennsylvania (opened 1974), they produce USDA-compliant prosciutto, salami, pancetta, mortadella, speck, and cooked hams using traditional methods. The company emphasizes high-quality raw material selection, vacuum- and modified atmosphere packaging, and dual in-house chemistry and microbiology labs.
