Closter Farm & Livestock Co is a USDA certified organic farm located in Closter, New Jersey, operating since 2019 on a 7-acre site. We produce over 70 seasonal vegetables and raise heritage-breed poultry using regenerative, no-till farming practices that prioritize soil health and biodiversity. Our heritage chickens are French Label Rouge stock, pasture-raised for superior flavor and omega-3 content. We also raise grass-fed beef in the Catskills, adhering to true organic standards and The Real Organic Project. Our farm supplies fresh organic produce, heritage poultry, and beef to local markets, supporting regional food systems and sustainable agriculture.
