Collina di Mela is a small organic farm located in the Sierra Foothills near Placerville, California. We produce award-winning extra virgin olive oil from our two certified acres, with a focus on high quality and sustainability. Our olives are cultivated at an elevation of approximately 2400 feet, which we believe contributes to the unique character of our oil. Since our first harvest in 2009, we have earned recognition including a Gold Medal at the Los Angeles International Extra Virgin Olive Oil Competition. We supply premium organic olive oil to food manufacturers, specialty retailers, and culinary brands seeking authentic, locally produced ingredients with a focus on quality and sustainability.
