Deniz Dairy is a family-owned organic and conventional dairy farm located in Petaluma, California, with over 500 acres of pasture and cropland. We operate a herd of 450 Holstein cows focused on breeding high-quality cattle that produce premium milk. Our farm has been in operation since 1946 and is managed by Lucas Deniz and Becky Chevalier, with active involvement from the next generation. We prioritize sustainability by conserving water, reducing energy use, improving soil health, and managing greenhouse gases through innovative practices like manure digesters. Our commitment supports environmentally responsible dairy production and high-quality dairy ingredients for regional and national food brands.
