Eight Mile Creek Farm is a certified organic farm located in Westerlo, New York, operating on 430 acres with an additional 120 acres leased for hay. We specialize in regenerative agriculture practices to produce a diverse range of over 100 organic vegetables, herbs, and pasture-raised meats including grass-fed beef, heritage chicken, turkey, lamb, and cage-free eggs. Our farm offers community supported agriculture programs, custom slaughter, and processing services, ensuring high-quality, nutrient-dense products for local and national markets.
