Ellijay Mushrooms is a family-owned sustainable mushroom farm located in the foothills of the Appalachian Mountains in Georgia. We specialize in cultivating high-quality shiitake and oyster mushrooms using environmentally friendly practices, including greenhouse cultivation and refrigerated trailers for harvesting. Our mushrooms are certified Georgia Grown, Primus 3.1 Certified (GAP), Certified Naturally Grown, and Appalachian Grown, with organic certification underway. We produce 3,000 to 5,000 pounds of mushrooms weekly, packaged in recyclable boxes, and supply wholesale distributors, restaurants, and retail outlets across the Southeast. Our focus on land stewardship, quality, and sustainability ensures fresh, nutritious fungi that meet the needs of health-conscious and eco-minded foodservice and ingredient buyers.
