Equal Exchange is a U.S. worker-owned cooperative founded in 1986 in West Bridgewater, Massachusetts. They pioneer fair-trade organic coffee, tea, cocoa, sugar, bananas, avocados, and chocolate sourced directly from small farmer co-ops in Latin America, Africa, and Asia. They distribute via cafés, grocery stores, and three branded cafés, including fundraising programs for schools and non-profits.
