About

Esperanza Community Farms is a nonprofit community-driven agricultural organization based in Watsonville, California, dedicated to promoting food sovereignty, economic justice, and environmental stewardship. We cultivate organic, pesticide-free vegetables and fruits on two certified acres and operate a subsidized community supported agriculture program serving over 150 families in the Pajaro Valley. Our initiatives include a food hub connecting local farmers with schools, families, and organizations, and programs that support regional small farmers of color through cooperative sales and technical assistance. We focus on increasing food security, health equity, and sustainable local food systems through culturally relevant produce and community partnerships.
