Focusing on minimal intervention, they produce single-vineyard and regional blends, pet-nat, orange wine, sparklers, and canned wine ("Freddo") across multiple varietals (e.g. Chenin Blanc, Cabernet Franc, Zinfandel). Their wine is vegan, sustainably produced with native yeasts and minimal sulfites. With a tasting room and canned wine distribution in Whole Foods and beyond, they cater to direct, club, and wholesale channels nationally.
