About

Fields to Plate Produce, headquartered at 8257 County Road 250, Durango, CO, specializes in certified organic vegetables and pasture‑raised lamb and beef. Established in 2013 by Max Fields, the farm brings together rotational grazing and sustainable practices to enrich soil and extend the growing season at 6,600 ft. They produce over 100,000 lbs of seasonal vegetables annually using greenhouse and cold‑storage techniques, and raise Navajo Churro sheep and grass‑fed cattle on lush Southern San Juan Mountain pastures. They deliver wholesale in Durango and Montrose year‑round and sell at Durango Farmers Market and Durango Natural Foods June–October.
