About
Located in Ventura, CA our flexible manufacturing facility for alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverage is designed for mid-scale production runs of premium products. We can produce 7,500 8.52 liter case equivalents per day (16,875 gallons / day). Our diverse team brings decades of experience producing alcohol and non-alcoholic beverage products. Key Capabilities - HTST, in-line flash pasteurization. - Turnkey options available to leverage our can (printed or sleeved), carton, sugar and other raw material contracted rates through preferred, vetted suppliers - Robotic, variety pack line - In-house micro testing across a variety of media to provide a robust suite of analysis and rapid results - USDA Organic Certified facility. CGMP and Food Safety Systems Certification in process. - Fermentation of beer, malt beverage, kombucha and wine products. - Licenced for all alc products (beer, wine, spirits) • NA Sodas, Sparkling Water and other Non-Alch recipes
