Food For Thought®, founded over 25 years ago near Lake Michigan, produces clean-label, small-batch products in Traverse City, MI from the Long Lake Culinary Campus, a repurposed school with 149 kW solar power. They make fruit preserves, jams & jellies, salsas, pasta sauces, BBQ sauces, ketchups, salad dressings, Bloody Mary mixes, dessert toppings, caramel sauces, syrups/concentrates, hot sauces, and mustards. They produce acidified/formulated goods with pH ≤3.8 and over 100 SKUs using non-GMO, pure cane sugar. They do not produce: mayonnaise-based items; cheese; fresh-ingredient products (incl. herbs); pickled/canned vegetables; fermented items; soups/broths; fresh salsas; smoothies; dry spice blends; fruit/veg pastes; fresh produce processing; grains/beans; dehydrated goods; hummus or nut butters.
