Fort Hamilton Distillery is a Brooklyn-based producer specializing in premium spirits including rye whiskey, bourbon, vodka, and gin. We focus on traditional American styles with a commitment to quality and authenticity, using only honest ingredients and avoiding additives or artificial coloring. Our distillation process includes barrel aging, filtration, and maple processing, with a strong emphasis on sustainability and craftsmanship. Since 2016, we have been dedicated to recapturing America’s original whiskey style, particularly New York Rye, and our spirits are distributed across the United States through select partners. We also produce organic bourbon barrel aged maple syrup, aged in Brooklyn bourbon barrels to add rich notes of caramel, cocoa, and vanilla. Our operations support private events, distillery tours, and community engagement, making us a trusted partner for premium beverage brands seeking authentic, high-quality spirits and related products.
