Gianforte Farm is a family-owned organic farm located in Cazenovia, New York, specializing in the cultivation and milling of food-grade grains and beans. We produce up to 13 different organic crops including wheat, rye, oats, barley, and legumes, which we grow using sustainable practices that prioritize soil health and crop diversity. Our small-scale milling operation processes whole grains into fresh, nutrient-rich flours, cornmeal, and rolled oats for wholesale and direct-to-consumer markets. We supply organic mills, dairies, local stores, restaurants, and individual customers across the Northeast, offering wholesale pricing and custom milling services. Our focus is on quality, transparency, and supporting sustainable food systems.
