Established in 2015 by Carlos de Aldecoa, the company transformed the historic Uncle Ben’s Rice Mill into the largest distillery west of the Mississippi. The distillery offers contract bottling and private label services, supported by certifications including TABC and DSP. Its flagship tasting room, Ben’s Den, provides tours, cocktails, and event hosting, while a second location at Sawyer Yards is underway. During the COVID-19 pandemic, the company pivoted to produce over 600,000 gallons of hand sanitizer for community support.
