Good Enough Farm is a certified organic farm located in Danbury, New Hampshire, operating on approximately 3 acres with additional forested land. We grow a diverse range of vegetables, fruits, culinary herbs, edible flowers, and specialty tomatoes using sustainable practices including no-till farming and permaculture principles. Starting in 2013, we focus on producing nutrient-dense, chemical-free food for local markets, restaurants, and grocers. We also cultivate mushrooms on straw and coffee grounds, aiming to expand our organic offerings. Our farm emphasizes ecological balance, biodiversity, and community engagement through education, apprenticeships, and farm visits, supporting sustainable local food systems and environmental stewardship.
