About
Greenbar Distillery, founded in 2004, is Los Angeles' first distillery since Prohibition and a pioneer in the U.S. craft spirits movement. Located in the Arts District, it produces a diverse portfolio of certified organic spirits, including vodka, gin, rum, whiskey, liqueurs, amaro, bitters, and both alcoholic and non-alcoholic ready-to-drink cocktails. Greenbar emphasizes sustainability, utilizing lightweight bottles, recycled labels, and water-soluble inks, and operates a "One Bottle, One Tree" program that has planted over one million trees. All spirits, except for IXÁ Tequila, are crafted in-house, reflecting a commitment to flavor innovation and environmental responsibility.
