Hacienda de Gutierrez is Detroit's first Latina-owned tortilla and tortilla-chip manufacturer founded in 1994 in Mexicantown. The family-run facility produces gluten-free, non-GMO stone-ground corn tortillas and chips under 313 Urban and Hacienda Authentic brands. All production occurs at their 33,000 ft² factory with full traceability and authenticity, serving foodservice, retail, and bulk clients in over 15 states and Canada.
