Hanappe Ranch is a family-owned organic farm located in Northfield, Minnesota, specializing in grass-fed beef including Black Angus, American Wagyu, and Wagyu cattle. We operate with certified organic practices, ensuring no antibiotics, hormones, or synthetic fertilizers are used. Our cattle are pasture-raised, rotationally grazed, and finished on organic hay during winter, with animals allowed to socialize and express natural behaviors. We harvest at around 32 months to develop optimal marbling and flavor. Our services include hay wrapping and slaughtering, supporting sustainable, high-quality meat production for retail and wholesale clients. We also offer CSA programs and direct sales of quarter packages, steaks, ground beef, and specialty products. Our focus is on delivering ethically raised, nutrient-dense meat that meets strict organic standards, helping food businesses meet consumer demand for clean, sustainable protein sources.
