High Altitude Rhubarb is a family-operated farm located in Black Forest, Colorado, specializing in growing and selling fresh rhubarb, rhubarb plants, and horseradish plants. We operate a pick-your-own harvest event usually held in early June, offering customers the opportunity to harvest their own rhubarb directly from our farm. Our farm maintains USDA and Real Organic certification standards until 2025, ensuring high-quality, sustainably grown produce. We also sell plants via email for pickup or shipment of bulk orders. In addition to fresh produce, we offer local honey, rhubarb cookbooks, seeds, and third-party products made from our rhubarb. Our focus is on providing seasonal, locally grown ingredients for food manufacturers, retailers, and culinary professionals seeking high-quality, regionally sourced rhubarb and horseradish for their operations.
