Hilltop Farms of Willow Spring is a USDA Certified Organic produce farm located in Wake County, North Carolina. We grow over 40 varieties of fruits, vegetables, and small grains on 44 certified acres. Our operations include field cultivation and a 96-foot hydroponic greenhouse where we produce greens, herbs, and lettuces almost year-round. We supply our CSA members, local restaurants, stores, farmers markets, and wholesale partners through Eastern Carolina Organics. Our focus on sustainable organic farming supports supply chain transparency, regional sourcing, and consistent quality for food and beverage brands seeking certified organic ingredients and fresh produce.
