Josh Pond is a family-owned organic farm located in Whiting, Maine, with 181 certified acres dedicated to sustainable farming practices. We produce wild Maine blueberries, cheeses, vinegars, jams, and jellies through traditional methods such as hand-harvesting, cheese aging in underground caves, and slow fermentation. Our operations include cheesemaking, cheese aging, condiment and vinegar production, and freezing. We focus on delivering high-quality, natural products that support food manufacturers, specialty retailers, and foodservice providers seeking authentic, locally sourced ingredients.
