Keepsake Cidery is a family-owned orchard, cidery, winery, and tasting room based in Dundas, Minnesota. We produce high-quality natural ciders, wines, and non-alcoholic beverages using locally farmed and foraged ingredients. Our farm cultivates over 50 cider-specific apple varieties and sources additional fruit from partner orchards in the Upper Mississippi River Valley. We employ traditional fermentation techniques with native yeast to create unfiltered, spontaneous fermented products that embody the season and place. Our operations include cider and wine production, fermentation, and distribution, supporting local food systems and sustainable practices. We welcome visitors to our cozy tasting room and offer retail, online sales, and event hosting, emphasizing authentic, farm-to-glass experiences for beverage buyers and hospitality partners seeking distinctive, regionally crafted products.
