Lewis Family Farm is a family-owned organic farm located in Essex, New York, dedicated to sustainable and regenerative agriculture practices. We raise grass-fed beef on 877 certified acres using natural fertilization, no soil compaction, and rotational grazing to ensure healthy, nutrient-rich pastures. Our herd includes Hereford, Black Angus, Murray Grey, British White, and Black Baldie cattle born and raised on our farm. We feed exclusively organic grass and hay, avoiding grains entirely, which results in lean, flavorful meat rich in Omega 3 fatty acids. Our commitment to ecological stewardship and high-quality beef supports food producers and retailers seeking sustainably sourced, premium meat ingredients for their products.
