Mad Will’s Food Company operates from Auburn, California as an employee‑owned co‑packer and private label partner supporting food businesses from product conception to distribution. We develop shelf‑stable formulations using culinary arts and food science. We accommodate single‑batch co‑packing starting around 100 cases and private label orders with low minimums. Our in‑house graphic design team supports logo and label creation with FDA compliance. We work closely with clients, from restaurants and breweries to boutique markets, to help scale brands efficiently.
