Minto Island Growers is a diversified organic farm and nursery located in Salem, Oregon, operating since 2008. We specialize in organic vegetable production, mint distillation, tea processing, and native plant nursery services. Our farm spans 30 acres with certified organic practices under Oregon Tilth, and we grow a variety of crops including blueberries, herbs, and specialty plants. We also maintain Oregon's only large-scale commercial tea planting. Our operations support local food systems through community supported agriculture, farm stand sales, farmers markets, and direct-to-consumer outlets. We focus on sustainable farming, soil stewardship, and native habitat restoration, providing high-quality ingredients and plants for food, beverage, and ecological projects.
