Nicholson Ranch is a Sonoma-based organic vineyard and winery specializing in estate-grown Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, Merlot, and Syrah. We cultivate 31 acres using sustainable practices including dry farming and native yeast fermentation to produce low-yield, high-flavor wines. Our winery features a gravity-flow design and 10,000 square feet of underground caves for aging, ensuring optimal climate control and flavor development. We handle every step from grape growing to bottling on our 40-acre estate, emphasizing quality, environmental responsibility, and handcrafted excellence.
