Olivino is a certified organic olive mill and winery located in Hopland, California, serving olive growers and winemakers since 2005. We offer comprehensive production services including olive milling, oil packaging, crushing, blending, filtering, private label manufacturing, and wine production. Our estate spans 64 acres with 35 dedicated to grape cultivation and 25 to olive farming, all managed with a focus on sustainability and land stewardship. We provide cold storage for cased goods, vineyard and wine services, and a tasting room that showcases our premium organic oils and estate wines. Our team combines Swiss, Italian, and American expertise to deliver high-quality, bespoke products for boutique markets and large-scale operations alike.
