One Straw Farm is a family-owned organic farm located in Dixon, New Mexico, specializing in high-quality vegetables, herbs, flowers, nursery starts, and dried flower arrangements. We follow all USDA organic standards and are certified by CCOF. Our farm operates on ecological principles including crop rotation, cover cropping, and composting to enhance soil health and biodiversity. We produce a wide range of vegetables such as tomatoes, peppers, garlic, and greens, along with nursery starts and farm-made powders from fresh produce. We serve local markets, including the Santa Fe Farmers Market, and focus on providing safe, affordable, and sustainable food to our community while maintaining environmentally conscious practices.
