Orlando Baking Company produces over 250 varieties of fresh and frozen hearth-baked breads, rolls, and specialty items. Our product line includes Italian, French, rye, wheat, and artisan breads, along with an extensive selection of subs, hoagies, kaisers, hamburger buns, and dinner rolls. Our signature Ciabatta bread, a staple on menus nationwide, was the first of its kind in the U.S. We continue to expand with innovative offerings like pretzel bread. Operating from a 250,000-square-foot facility with nine production lines, we use state-of-the-art tunnel and stone hearth ovens to deliver Old World European taste with modern consistency. Our blast freezing technology ensures freshness and quality, making our breads available at peak flavor.
