About
Our 25,000 square feet brewery contains state of the art 40HL (~35BBL) GEA Craft-Star brewhouse, a GEA-Westfalia centrifuge capable of running hot and cold products, and a CFT canning line that runs at 100CPM with minimal DO pickup. Pale and pilsner malt silos gently conveyed by a chain disk to our GEA wet mill ensure malt is undamaged and efficiencies well above 95% are achieved with no damage to malt husks. We also offer services in hard craft seltzer. Our team can provide multiple types of bases for hard seltzers including corn syrup, sucrose syrup, and a liquid corn syrup blend (may be labeled as beer under COLA). Our base can run at 14%-17% ABV.
