Phase 2 Cellars is a full-service winemaking and bottling facility based in San Luis Obispo, California, with over 25 years of experience in vineyard to bottle solutions. We offer custom crush, winemaking, blending, stabilization, filtration, and private label manufacturing for wine brands seeking high-quality production at scale. Our 80,000 square foot facility has a capacity of 13,000 tons, with organic certification and advanced equipment for red and white wine processing, barrel storage, and environmentally sustainable practices. We also provide premium bottling services for still and sparkling wines, including custom closures and packaging options, supported by in-house laboratory and compliance expertise.
