Plato Dale Farm is a USDA-certified organic poultry processor and farmer located in Arcade, New York. We manage 31 certified acres and specialize in sustainable poultry processing, freezing, and organic meat production. Our operations include raising organic pastured chickens fed only certified organic grains without additives or antibiotics. We also produce grass-fed Jersey beef and grow vegetables using eco-friendly practices such as crop rotation and beneficial insects. Our focus is on delivering high-quality, flavorful meats and produce to food retailers, distributors, and foodservice providers seeking certified organic, sustainably farmed ingredients.
