Plowbreak Farm is a USDA Certified Organic diversified vegetable farm located in Burdett, New York. We cultivate fifty acres including twelve dedicated to vegetable production and nine high tunnels, supplying fresh, local produce to communities and restaurants across New York State. Our farm emphasizes sustainable practices such as cover cropping, habitat planting, compost-based fertility, and reduced tillage to promote healthy soils and ecosystems. We operate a Community Supported Agriculture program and support local food systems through direct sales and logistical services. Our commitment to sustainability and community engagement helps food and beverage partners access high-quality organic ingredients while supporting small-scale farming and environmental health.
