About

Salento Provisions is a USDA organic farmer based in Colombia, specializing in regeneratively grown heirloom dried fruits such as mango and pineapple. We focus on sourcing from small-holder farms in the Andes Mountains where traditional agroforestry practices are used to cultivate nutrient-rich, flavor-rich produce. Our processing includes careful hand-picking and drying without added sugars, sulfites, or preservatives to ensure purity and traceability from farm to table. We supply premium organic dried fruits to retailers and food manufacturers across the US, supporting sustainable agriculture and local communities while delivering high-quality ingredients for health-conscious, natural snack and ingredient applications.
