We operate a 300-acre sugar bush within the Adirondack Park, utilizing high vacuum tubing to sustainably harvest pure maple sap with minimal environmental impact. Our state-of-the-art sugarhouse, completed in 2020, features energy-efficient equipment and off-grid power sources including solar and wind. We produce handcrafted USDA organic maple syrup, maple candy, cream, and sugar, all filtered and canned on site. Our focus is on sustainable forest management, quality, and transparency, serving wholesale and retail customers seeking authentic, eco-friendly maple products.
