Shannon Brook Farm is a certified organic farm located near Watkins Glen in the Finger Lakes region of New York. We operate on 127 acres of carefully managed pastures and woods, raising pasture-raised poultry, pork, lamb, and eggs with a focus on humane and sustainable practices. Our farm employs intensive rotational grazing to enhance soil health and animal well-being without the use of pesticides or chemicals. We process poultry on-site, including broiler chickens, Pekin ducks, and eggs, and offer smoked organic meats. Our operations support food producers seeking high-quality, certified organic ingredients and sustainably farmed proteins for retail, foodservice, and ingredient supply chains.
