We specialize in brewing a wide range of beers including IPAs, pale ales, and seasonal brews, utilizing whole cone hops and high-quality ingredients. Our facilities feature fermentation, bottling, and packaging capabilities, and we are committed to sustainability and quality. We operate certified organic farmland with 37 acres in Butte County, California, and also process poultry, emphasizing responsible sourcing and environmental stewardship.
