Slow Farm is a woman-owned biodiverse and USDA certified organic farm located in Ann Arbor, Michigan, with 187 acres including woods, prairie, and wetlands. We grow heirloom vegetables and flowers using no-till practices and avoid harmful pesticides and fertilizers to promote ecosystem health and food sovereignty. Our farm offers a hands-on organic experience through U-Pick operations and a farmstand, emphasizing agroecology, social justice, and community engagement. We accept SNAP and EBT to increase local access and provide educational opportunities that reconnect people with ecological growing and nutritious food. Our mission is to foster biodiversity, health, belonging, and justice in the food system through sustainable farming practices that benefit social and ecological well-being.
