Snapping Turtle Farm is a USDA Organic certified vegetable and herb farm located in Cranbury, New Jersey. We cultivate over 80 varieties of vegetables and herbs including heirloom tomatoes, unusual peppers, and South Asian cuisine staples. Our farm spans 78 acres with half dedicated to tillable farmland and the rest to wetlands and wild woods, supporting biodiversity and soil health. We grow for regional farmers markets, local families, and foodservice clients, offering fresh, sustainably farmed produce. Our services include washing, packing, and online sales through FarmTab for pickup or delivery. We are committed to organic practices, environmental preservation, and supporting local food systems, making us a reliable partner for food and beverage operations seeking high-quality, certified organic ingredients and fresh produce.
