Sogn Valley Farm is a diversified organic farm based in Cannon Falls, Minnesota, specializing in organic vegetable and herb garden starts, native prairie plants, and pollinator habitat creation. We operate on 24 certified organic acres, with a focus on sustainable land management, native plant propagation, and regenerative practices. Our farm produces certified organic transplants for nurseries, restoration projects, and home gardeners, supporting biodiversity and ecological health. We also raise Kernza, hay, and lambs, and provide land access for other farmers. Our efforts include forest and grassland restoration using mechanical clearing and herd grazing, all while honoring the land's indigenous history and promoting environmental stewardship for regional food and ecological systems.
