Run by two organic farm families—Northern Harvest Farm and Uff‑da Organics—since purchasing the brand in 2020, they convert their region’s certified-organic vegetables into traditional, unpasteurized lacto-fermented products. Their line includes award-winning kimchi kraut, purple sauerkraut, curtido, ginger carrots, beets, mustard kraut & probiotic brine.
